Junior Data Analyst (87775)

Overview

As a Data Analyst ,you will play a pivotal part in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, contributing directly to our clients growth and success. Your duties include conducting full life cycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
  • Perform detailed data analysis using SQL on data in the Single Customer View and other data sources
  • Analyse & manipulate data in Excel, and provide feedback to clients
  • Assist with various aspects of the data management process – which may include data input
  • Collecting, tracking and trending projection / forecast data to assist in developing manufacturing supply or production plans for the Med Device business operations
  • Working closely with the Materials Management Team and all Supply Chain partners regarding the management of pipeline and finished goods supply
  • Providing critical Demand and Supply volume analysis and input to manufacturing capacity utilisation and for customer service
  • Demand and Supply data entry, manipulation, analysis and reporting
  • Maintaining lines of communication with teammates and other internal departments to ensure all data is properly communicated and addressed
  • Presenting data result outputs to partners and management teams as needed

Qualifications

Experience with data modelling for data warehousing, including star and snowflake schema designs
0-1 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative interpretation of data and data modelling-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree
Demonstrable data analysis and visualisation skills
Knowledge of statistical software
Define multiple data sourcing approaches and strategies, specifically the identification of data availability gaps, and identify the preferred data sourcing approach for each data requirement
