Junior Data Analyst (35421)

Overview

Data analysts convert numbers and data into information that is useful for problem-solving and business tracking. To create readable graphs, charts, tables, and reports, they employ data analysis.

All industries, including banking, consulting, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government, and education, have a high demand for data analysts.

Responsibilities

  1. Create procedures and guidelines for records management.
  2. Identify processes that could be automated or made more efficient.
  3. Establishing and maintaining automated data processes to enable data validation and cleaning, locate, evaluate, and put into practice external services and technologies.
  4. Create and promote reporting procedures.
  5. Maintain and evaluate the data’s quality.
  6. Communicate with both internal and external clients to fully grasp the content of the data.
  7. Assemble, comprehend, and record specific business needs using the proper tools and methods.
  8. Designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys and survey data.
  9. Utilizing business analytics reporting technologies, manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sets pertaining to the employer’s business to produce reports for internal and external audiences.
  10. Make data visualizations, graphs, and dashboards.
  11. Mine and analyze massive datasets, give sector and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related major
Professional or academic experience in data disciplines like Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Modeling, Data Mining, Data Profiling, Data Curation etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large data set.
Ability to work under direction, independently and in a team setting. Able to work effectively with vendors and IT leadership.
Ability to organize information and communicate clearly and concisely.
